Are your crystals ethically sourced?

We are committed to ethical sourcing whenever possible. We carefully select our crystals and spiritual supplies from reputable local suppliers who adhere to fair trade practices.

Are your crystals genuine?

With the exception of man-made stones (ex- opalite), electroplated aura quartz, and some dyed agates - all of our crystals and stones are genuine and authentic.

In each product description it will be noted if the stone is man-made, enhanced, treated, or dyed. Any questions? Contact us!

Tell me about raw crystals vs. tumbled stones

Tumbled stones are polished and smooth, making them easy to carry and use in various practices.

Raw crystals are in their natural form and may have rough edges and unique shapes.

How do I choose the right crystal for me?

How should I use crystals in my daily routine?

How do I cleanse my crystals?

How do I charge my crystal with my intention?

The short answer: after cleansing it, hold it in your dominant hand and meditate, pray, chant, or repeat affirmations in line with your intention, filling the crystal with your dreams. The long answer though can be found in our How-To section

Do you offer custom crystal sets?

We have produced custom crystal kits for corporate events, weddings, retreats, workshops, and private parties. If you're looking for a custom crystal set please message us with your details.

Yes, Arika is a certified Biddy Tarot Reader and a certified Usui Reiki Healer. Contact us to schedule a tarot reading. Reiki healings are only performed in person.

Can you recommend for medical conditions?

While we believe in holistic and complementary therapies, we strongly support conventional medical practices for health issues. It's important to consult with a healthcare professional for medical advice and treatment. We cannot provide medical advice or recommendations for health conditions. However, we can share the historical and traditional properties associated with various stones. How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can create an account for faster checkout in the future and to easily track your order.

Do you charge sales tax on orders?

Yes, we charge sales tax on orders shipped to addresses within the state of New Jersey. The sales tax rate is based on the current state and local tax laws and will be calculated at checkout. Where do you ship to?

We ship to the US and Canada. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We ship United States Postal Service (USPS). On select orders we may ship UPS.

Do you collect import taxes or duties on international orders? (Outside USA)

No, we do not collect import taxes or duties on international orders. These charges are not included in the price of our products or the shipping cost. Import taxes or duties may or may not be due at the time of delivery, depending on the customs regulations of the destination country. As these charges vary widely, we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information. Please be aware that any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. If you have an account with us, or have used your Shop app, tracking will automatically update within those areas.

Returns, Damages, Lost Package FAQs

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for more details.

What is your exchange policy?

The quickest way to get the products to you and to ensure stock is available, is for you to re-place your order online. Then when we receive your return you will be refunded.

What should I do if something arrived damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damages so that we may file a claim with the carrier. We can reship your package at no charge to you.

What should I do if my package is lost?

Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so that we may open an investigation with USPS. If USPS determines the package was delivered to the incorrect location and can not be retrieved, we can replace the package or issue a refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for USPS to complete the investigation.

Note if USPS determines in the outcome of their investigation that based on the GPS coordinates of the package delivery, the package was delivered correctly, we will not be able to issue a refund or reship.

Tracking shows delivered, but I did not receive it. Is it lost?

In our experience, we believe USPS may automatically mark some packages as delivered when they are out for delivery. However there may be unforseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, etc, that delayed your package. Often the package will be delivered the next available business day.
